After having two other companies come to our house for water damage in our first-floor ceiling, they deemed it necessary to tear out/put holes into the ceiling to dry out the drywall and then have it repaired and painted. All in all...both companies gave us estimates of $1,500-$2,000. Travis of SERVPRO came out and gave us an honest and more thorough check of our issue. He was the only one (of the 3) to go upstairs to check a couple rooms (since that was the known source of the water coming into the ceiling). After looking at everything, he gave us a more honest and ethical solution to our issue. I couldn't be more appreciative of his honest estimate and the professional integrity he showed my wife and I. He went above and beyond to give us peace of mind that the issue was going to be taken care and resolved. We couldn't say enough good things about this experience. We will definitely be using SERVPRO for any other future needs and services.

This is the 3rd time that I have had to use SERVPRO due to my basement flooding...and all 3 times they took care of me and took all the worry out of my situation There is always a "best" in the industry (best mechanic, best doctor) and SERVPRO is the BEST when it comes to restoration. Your production staff does quality work, you have quality people and Jeff is on top of his game.

I can not thank SERVPRO enough for helping my aunt through a terrible experience.  Over the cold winter, her pipes burst and the family-owned farm that has been around for generations flooded.  I live over two hours away, and having a company answer my call really early on a weekend and assure me everything would be ok was amazing.  They sent a crew out right away and to my surprise, they were able to save family heirlooms that have been around for over a century.  They were so kind to my aunt and kept her informed about the steps they were taking.  This company saved my aunts home and preserved the priceless belongings.  I hope you don't experience a disaster, but if you do, SERVPRO will definitely make things better.  Like the commercials say, "Like it never even happened."
