We have an older remodeled house and had switched to GeoThermal several years ago. Every morning there was a slight coating of dust from the ducts not being cleaned. Talked to Michael with SERVPRO and he discussed solutions for my problem. SERVPRO came out and cleaned my ducts and not only has this drastically cut down on the dust, but this has cut down on the allergy medicine I was taking. The man they sent out to clean the ducts, Dave, was very polite and took care of all our concerns. We would definitely use SERVPRO again!!!
I just checked the job today. The carpets look awesome! James was very personable and did a super job!
Taylor Duitsman with SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana came out and gave us an estimate for a tough clean-up job. We also had another company give one that was not just higher, but also seemed out of line and "overkill" for the job. Their representative was ok but didn't seem as knowledgeable and honest. Taylor was friendly, professional and courteous and we felt confident about what he said would be needed. The job was done quickly and the results were great! All of their staff were a pleasure to work with and if we ever need such services again, we will definitely use SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana!
