Showed up at 11pm on Labor Day to assess the damage. They started the clean up process the next day - all while we were gone. They communicated with us, sent us pictures and completed the cleanup. They saved what they could but were also very honest about what needed to go for safety reasons. They also communicated directly with our insurance company and submitted the claims for us. While I sincerely hope to never go through this again, if we did I would not hesitate to use SERVPRO of Morton Grove/East Niles again.
I had water back up in my bathroom which was very stressful. They eased my concerns right away and brought me peace of mind with everything they did.
