As the Office Manager at SERVPRO, Jenn ensures the smooth operation of our workspace, allowing our team to focus on delivering exceptional results. With several years of experience in administrative roles, Jenn brings a wealth of expertise in managing daily operations, coordinating schedules, and optimizing office efficiency.
Jenn is dedicated to creating a positive and productive work environment, where every team member feels supported and valued. Whether it's coordinating meetings, managing facilities, or handling administrative tasks, she is committed to providing seamless support to keep our office running like clockwork.
With a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills, Jenn tackles challenges head-on, finding innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve workflow. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines effectively.
Outside of work, Jenn enjoys spending with her children and, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her role as Office Manager. She is excited to be part of the SERVPRO team and looks forward to contributing to our continued success.
Carlos Marquez - Marketing Representitive
Carlos is our Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls
With a focus on understanding our clients' needs, Carlos develops tailored marketing strategies to effectively promote SERVPRO's services and solutions. He is skilled at identifying opportunities for growth and leveraging marketing channels to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
Carlos thrives on collaboration and is always eager to brainstorm innovative ideas to elevate our marketing efforts. Whether he's organizing events, creating engaging content, or nurturing client relationships, Carlos is committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.
Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his two children!
Jared Lusk - Marketing Representative
Jared has worked at SERVPRO of Rexburg/Rigby in various positions and capacities since our doors opened in 2008. He currently serves as a Marketing Representative. Certified by the IICRC in WRT, ASD, Health and Safety, AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Tech) and Asbestos, he has the knowledge and experience to make your loss “Like it never even happened.” No matter the size of your fire, water or mold restoration needs in Rexburg or Rigby, Jared will provide exceptional customer service and expertise to take care of you, your home, or business! Jared is a phenomenal leader and teacher! He is very passionate about helping others out in a disaster!
Duane Weber - Shop Technician
Duane has worked at SERVPRO for a little over a year. He works reconstruction and has training and certificates in water, fire, mold, rebuild, and recon. He has 4 wonderful daughters and 10 amazing grandchildren.
Martin Perez - Reconstruction Technician
Martin loves his job as a reconstruction technician and has been working for SERVPRO for 2 1/2 years. He enjoys fishing, off-roading,andspending time with his family.
Steven Clark - Mitigation Supervisor
Steven has been with SERVPRO for 10 years. He is asbestos, WTR, ASD, and AMRT certified and has 6 years in cleaning and restoration. In his free time, he enjoys working on cars, fabrication, and learning new skills.
Cassie Nix
Cassie helps manage our rebuild process and team. She deals with contractors and over sees the job sites to make it look "like it never even happened."
Isaiah Manlove
Our Mitigation Techs are IICRC Certified, available 24/7 365 and are always prepared to respond to your commercial, residential or rental property and are faster to any size disaster.
Paige Davison
Paige is our reconstruction manager. She has been with SERVPRO for 2 years and has a strong back ground in communicating with her customers and insuring the customers are informed every step of the way. She goes above and beyond to make it simple for our customers. Paige is behind the scenes to make it "like it never even happened."
Vincent Stringer
Vincent is our mitigation estimator for SERVPRO. He has been doing restoration for 15+ years. He is very knowledgeable and has the following certifications from the IICRC: AMRT, WRT, FSRT, TCST, OC, and LEAD.
In his free time he loves hiking, camping, working out, rock climbing, traveling, exploring, and spending time with his girl.

The crew wasted no time removing water damaged debris while at the same time crew members were removing or covering furniture to avoid damage. Adrian managed his crew well, he answered my questions, if he could not, he followed protocol contacting Skylar for direction. I want to personally thank Cynthia, Beverly, Jessica and Vivian for their patience during the billing process. Thank you Skylar for working closely with other contractors.
Had some concerns about a possible water leak in my bathroom. Britten and Jared showed up from SERVPRO. They checked every thing several times and advised me that there were no issues that needed to be addressed. Didn't try to get me to do unnecessary repairs.
I believe SERVPRO should train other companies on customer service. Your team kept me in frequent and steady communication and kept their commitments when they gave me dates/time they would come back for next steps. They explained every step to me, why it was being done, how long it would be needed, what the next step was, who would be coming and when, etc. I just can’t say enough about how impressed I am with the smooth, integrated way the various individuals worked. It’s seldom that one individual can keep commitments that well, but your team has an ability to hand off to different individuals in subsequent steps and it always worked. I’m impressed and have complimented your team to many of my friends and coworkers already. Thank you again for your team’s assistance on my project.

Britten Hafen was on time, very professional, quick and a complete pleasure. My dishwasher broke and flooded into the living room carpet. We cleaned it but had them come check for mold. Once she arrived she took care of everything, I didn't have to do anything after that. Next time I will call them quicker and just have them take care of everything!

We discovered water and mold in our basement. Carlos was the team leader in removing affected materials drying out and spraying the area and cleaning up after the work. He was pleasant and efficient and explained the solutions in a professional manner.
I had a chance to work with Corey and Mindy, from the Rigby/Idaho Falls office. Not only are they friendly, but they are doing things for the community via emergency bags for those who have a loss of a home, so they have a few emergency needs like toiletry items and so on. Totally impressed!
