I arranged to have my parents carpets cleaned in Spencer, and I’m down in Florida where customer service and job quality is generally so poor you regret every dollar spent. But SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa were fantastic. They arrived on time, were courteous toward my parents who are elderly, did a fantastic job, billed me only after the job was complete and sent a hand written thank you card. Service is outstanding! Had carpets and rugs cleaned after moving into my new home. The team worked fast and efficiently and made it look fantastic. Rate was reasonable as well. Will use them again for sure.

We needed to have our carpets and a sectional couch cleaned. When I called to set up the appointment Mariah was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating to the specific day and time we needed. The 2 men showed up early, which was great for us. The men were very professional and fun to talk with. They took their time and were very thorough. Our couch is around 6 years old and I have to tell you, it feels like brand new again! They even cleaned our baseboards in the carpeted rooms. I cant express what a fantastic job they did! Thanks SERVPRO!

SERVPRO did an amazing job cleaning out our basement after we had 18 inches of water in it!!! The crew responded the same day & worked fast to get the water out! They returned several times to install drying equipment & check in with us. All were friendly & helpful! Great job to their team & owners!!
