Abby came on board in May 2020 and is always ready to get down to business. When she isn't "Here to Help", she spends her time with her family, friends, and her dog Madden.

Tanner Wallace
SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes Production Crew Manager
Tanner joined the SERVPRO team in late September. He recently worked landscaping and decided it was time for a change in pace. Tanner loves to travel, still waiting to leave the states, is known to join the occasional eating contest, and is proud to say he's never broken a bone or had surgery (We believe he just jinxed himself!).
Marcus Marshall
Marcus joins our team with years of customer service experience. In his spare time he likes to float the river, ride dirt bikes, and having a good old bonfire.
Lee Marshall
Lee joined our team brining many years of customer service and handyman skills. In his spare time he loves to spend time with his kids, floating down the river, and playing the guitar.
Lisa Rettig
Lisa joined our team after being a stay at home mom for the last year. She loves spending time with her family, is a huge animal lover, and enjoys drawing.
Alex Ravenscroft
Alex is the newest member of our team. She has several years of residential cleaning experience. She grew up in Colorado and has a huge love for dogs.
Tim Ludwig
Tim has been with SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes/Boji Builders for a year and has years of construction experience. When Tim isn't working you can find him hunting, fishing, or working on his house.
Bram Meyer
Bram is the newest member of SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes/Boji Builders. Bram moved to the area after attending school in Ames. In his spare time he loves watching sports and playing video games.
Jacob Ehrnfelt
Jacob is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes. He worked as a Grain Handler and Mill Technician before he joined our team. Jacob likes to spend his free time hunting and fishing with his dog.
Destiny Long
Destiny Long is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes. She joined our team after attending school at Iowa Lakes Community College and working in the accounting department for a medical staffing agency. In her spare time, she likes to play the piano, spend time with her Aussie/Collie mix Dixie, sky diving, and also owns a photography business, Kodak Moments by Destiny.

I arranged to have my parents carpets cleaned in Spencer, and I’m down in Florida where customer service and job quality is generally so poor you regret every dollar spent. But SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa were fantastic. They arrived on time, were courteous toward my parents who are elderly, did a fantastic job, billed me only after the job was complete and sent a hand written thank you card. I miss this sort of ethic and quality. Thank you for restoring my faith in humanity. Highly recommend ??
Service is outstanding! Had carpets and rugs cleaned after moving into my new home. The team worked fast and efficiently and made it look fantastic. Rate was reasonable as well. Will use them again for sure.
We needed to have our carpets and a sectional couch cleaned. When I called to set up the appointment Mariah was very friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating to the specific day and time we needed. The 2 men showed up early, which was great for us. The men were very professional and fun to talk with. They took their time and were very thorough. Our couch is around 6 years old and I have to tell you, it feels like brand new again! They even cleaned our baseboards in the carpeted rooms. I cant express what a fantastic job they did! Thanks SERVPRO!
SERVPRO did an amazing job cleaning out our basement after we had 18 inches of water in it!!! The crew responded the same day & worked fast to get the water out! They returned several times to install drying equipment & check in with us. All were friendly & helpful! Great job to their team & owners!!
