Linda is our Laundry Technician and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2018. In her free time she enjoys crafting and spending time with her grandchildren.
Tim Keen
Tim is a Production Technician and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2016. He holds certifications in water and applied structural drying. He specializes in construction and is our go to handyman. In his free time he enjoys riding motorcycles.
Reginald McMeins
Reginald is a Production Manager and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2012. He holds certifications in water damage restoration, applied microbial remediation, applied structural drying, carpet cleaning, and fire and smoke restoration. He specializes in all restoration. In his free time he enjoys studying God's word. Also, a little unknown fact about him he is a retired Army Combat Medic.
Rob Bryant
Rob is a Production Technician and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2011. He holds certifications in water remediation, carpet cleaning, fire and smoke restoration, applied structural drying, and lead safety. He specializes in carpet cleaning, hard floor cleaning, and content cleaning. In his free time he enjoys bass fishing.
Anthony McMeins
Anthony is a Crew Leader and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since 2012. He holds certifications in water remediation, carpet cleaning, applied structural drying, and ozone/hydroxyl. He specializes in estimating and our estimating software. In his free time he volunteers as a reserve law enforcement office for his local county.
Drew Briggs
Drew is our Soft Content Specialist and oversees the shop. He holds certifications in water remediation, applied structural drying, fire restoration, esporta/ppe, and carpet cleaning. He specializes in laundry, ultrasonic usage, esporta usage, and content restoration. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family.
Russ Benischek
Russ is a Commercial Sales and Marketing Rep. He holds certifications in fire and smoke restoration and water damage remediation. He specializes in commercial marketing, customer relations, and community involvement. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and anything outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Brenna Wonders
Brenna is our Job File Coordinator and has been a part of our team since 2018. She holds certifications in water damage remediation and fire and smoke restoration. She specializes in keeping the office organized and having job knowledge from start to finish. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is also a huge Iowa Hawkeyes fan!
Rhonda Bailey
Rhonda is our Receptionist/Dispatcher and has been a part of our SERVPRO team since January of 2020. She holds certifications in lead. She will be the person you hear on the phone when you call us. She also helps with keeping the office organized. In her free time she enjoys riding side by sides, gardening, watching Netflix, fishing, going to flea markets, helping others, and volunteering at church.
Leslie Kinsley
Leslie has been our Accounting/Human Resources department since 2019. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and attending her kid's activities. She also enjoys spending time at the local dirt tracks watching her husband race his IMCA stock car. A little fun fact about her is she has three miniature schnauzers.

I have used SERVPRO in multiple capacitates. They have done an incredible job cleaning my carpets. When we had a huge rain and got rain inside the building, they came in and dried out our carpets and walls. Finally we had one of our two rooftop heating units die during the winter. They came in and wired up a portable heater to help keep our building warm until we could get the new units installed. SERVPRO is always there! They come in with professional staff! Do the Job! And do it well! I would not call any other company in our time of need.
Last summer we had a large wind storm come through our hometown. We had a lot of roof damage and some windows that broke. We were very upset and didn't know who to even call to help us out until our insurance company suggested SERVPRO. They were there within a couple of hours, boarded our windows up, tarped our roof and fixed a few other little things around the outside of our home that the storm damaged. We were so happy with their quick response time and how they made us feel so safe and comfortable with the work they performed for us. Would recommend to anyone!
I called SERVPRO of Burlington to set up a general cleaning along with a carpet cleaning for an apartment. I just want to say that everything looks good and would also like to thank them for their fast service.
I woke up one morning to find 6 inches of water in a basement after a downpour of rain the night before. Initially I called the plumber and then I called Todd as I have used him in the past. He arrived promptly, even before the plumber was finished. He told me they were pretty busy as a lot of people were experiencing water in their basements but would get to my house as soon as possible. I was surprised to see him later that day to start the job. The crew was professional the whole time and even moved my heavy contents back to their original spots. I would definitely use them again!
