What Is the Mold Remediation Process?
Air Filtration
Our specialized filtration equipment allows our professionals to capture microscopic mold spores out of the air. We utilize powerful “air scrubbers” and HEPA vacuums to prevent the spread of these mold spores while the mold remediation is in process.
Removing Mold and Mold-Infested Materials
We use antifungal and antimicrobial treatments to treat mold colonies. When necessary to remediate heavy mold growth, our mold removal process includes the removal and disposal of mold-infested porous materials such as carpeting, drywall, and insulation.
Cleaning
Our professionals clean the structural elements that were infected by mold such as flooring, framing, fixtures, HVAC and mechanical systems. From the estimating process from Jordan and then working with Project Manager Frank and his team of Mike and Jien, everyone was very professional, trustworthy and accommodated to our busy schedule. Frank also took time to meet us to look at the options for the renovations which was very helpful and made things less stressful for us. We constantly had updates on the renovation process. The final results exceed our expectations and we were impressed and very pleased with the high quality of work. It was great and convenient to work with a single company from start to finish.
