On time and very knowledgeable about the service being provided. He was also very friendly and was not bothered by the many questions we had about the process. He had to return a few times to check the equipment while our carpet was being dried and he was great at communicating with us when he was on his way and was always on time. A windstorm did some major damage to our brand new home. We were devastated when our home builder (who built our home) didn't accept the repair work by our insurance company and we had to look for someone else. We contacted SERVPRO® when we there was a broken pipe that flooded our unit (kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom). They were able to dispatch someone (Juan) quickly (even on a Sunday night) to come and remove the water. After the water was out and the fans were up, Ron scheduled someone came by every day to check the moisture levels, rearrange the fans, and answer any questions that we had. The demo was completed quickly (kitchen cabinets, drywall, flooring and bathroom vanity). We had some issues with insurance but Josh kept in contact with me and also tried to get in touch with our adjuster on our behalf to keep things moving along. From the estimating process from Jordan and then working with Project Manager Frank and his team of Mike and Jien, everyone was very professional, trustworthy and accommodated to our busy schedule. Frank also took time to meet us to look at the options for the renovations which was very helpful and made things less stressful for us. We constantly had updates on the renovation process. The final results exceed our expectations and we were impressed and very pleased with the high quality of work. It was great and convenient to work with a single company from start to finish. I definitely recommend contacting SERVPRO if you run into an unfortunate water situation.
