This is the best by far. I used to work in the multifamily industry and we have had apartment fires which took ages to fix. SERVPRO of South Atlanta had our house fire repaired in about two weeks. The quality of the work is amazing, the staff is professional, the cleaners they sent were incredible! They went above and beyond to make our home look like it did before the unfortunate fire. Even though we are the renters they treated us as if we owned the house and took such good care not to disturb the dogs. Thank you SERVPRO and everyone they sent. You guys were amazing! The cleaners Iris, Roxana, and Adriana are truly amazing and worked very hard to make sure the house was free of any smoke damage and went above and beyond to clean the mess from the fire. Your technicians were quite professional and we really appreciate it! They documented our loss for our insurance company by measuring and photographing the area, and stabilized the affected area using dehumidifiers quickly.

SERVPRO of South Atlanta has awesome customer service. Sean came out to my home for a mold inspection, where he found no mold. He went above and beyond by explaining common causes of mold and some tips on preventing mold growth. Thanks for the clean bill of health and for the helpful tips! SERVPRO of South Atlanta did a great job cleaning up my kitchen fire. They cleaned and deodorized the entire house, and their construction team did an awesome job remodeling the kitchen and dinning room area. Very highly recommended!

SERVPRO of South Atlanta really helped me out in a time of need. My house was still smoking when they showed up. They boarded up my fire damaged home and started working on it the very next day. it was a matter of a few short weeks and we were able to return to like as normal with brand new hardwood floors and a fresh paint! I would highly recommend them and will refer my friends and family to SERVPRO of South Atlanta. 

My insurance company put me in touch with SERVPRO after a tenant fire. Mandy called me right away and got the process of containing the damage and inspecting and cataloging the damage for my insurance company started asap. Currently in the clean up/demolition stage and still going strong. Definitely interested in having SERVPRO do the repair work as well, as I understand they have a repair/rebuild division too. Will update again as we move into the rebuild phase.
