When I called the after hours line for SERVPRO, the dispatch could not tell me when specifically someone would reach out. You can imagine, I was quite anxious for our team. She called right away, within one minute!!!! Mandy was extremely helpful, empathetic and thorough. She followed up with me for the next 30 minutes or so, and was just lovely to work with. Merlis and her team spent several days removing FOUR rooms full of items damaged by a sewage backup which caused a great deal of mold and mildew. It was enough to fill up two dumpsters. They carted out the lightest to the heaviest items without hesitation. All of the items I chose to keep, they boxed and labeled, making them easily accessible. In other words, they did a fantastic job and I have no complaints. I give them the highest stars.
