Gary Sweat
Gary Sweat is our General Manager. He has many years of experience working in the restoration industry. Gary also has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry as an adjuster.
Steve Woodward
Steve became an asset to SERVPRO of Norcross and Duluth as a Crew Chief in 2018. His IICRC certifications include Water Damage Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Microbial Remediation, Odor Control, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He is currently our Production Manager and manages our mitigation department.
Art Hickler
Art Hickler is our Estimator and Reconstruction Manager for SERVPRO of Norcross and Duluth. He has been with SERVPRO for several years. He has several years of experience in construction and mitigation. He is very good at what he does and is an asset to the team.
Christiana Kav
Christiana Kav is our Emergency Response Coordinator and Job File Coordinator. She has been with SERVPRO for several years. She has experience with marketing and insurance. She is also our Social Media Coordinator and our Photographer. She makes sure all our jobs are scheduled and updated. She is a great addition to our team.
Jenny Warner
Jenny is our Reconstruction Coordinator. She joined SERVPRO of Norcross and Duluth in June of 2022 and has been a great asset since! Jenny helps set up, coordinate and communicate all details of the reconstruction process to help make it easier on our customers to get you back to preloss conditions or better! With Jenny's warm and helpful personality, she is here to help you with any reconstruction needs.
Jeff Sweat
Jeff Sweat is our certified Asbestos Supervisor with SERVPRO of Norcross and Duluth. He has several years of experience in mitigation and reconstruction. Jeff is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration and also qualified for Asbestos Inspection and Assessment.
Marta Fernandez
Marta Fernandez is one of our Contents and Mitigation Technicians. She has been a great asset to the SERVPRO team and has many years of experience. Her hardworking mentality pushes the team to new levels of service.
Nick See
Nick is one of our Crew Chiefs. He has been with SERVPRO for many years. His diligence and hard work speak for themself. He is also the most reviewed person on our team.

We have had such an incredible experience with SERVPRO Norcross! Steve and the whole team have been there for us from beginning to end. We came home to an inch of standing septic water on top of our carpet in our downstairs. All of our furniture had to be removed and cleaned, and our downstairs demoed. This was such a traumatizing experience but SERVPRO took the time to talk us through each phase and helped us every step of the way. I can't imagine you would get any empathy or compassion from most companies, but we certainly got that with SERVPRO! We couldn't have asked for a better team to help us through this terrible situation. We highly recommend this company!!
