Jason Latimer
Jason is co-owner of SERVPRO of Baldwin and Monroe.
Jason is a licensed General Contractor and is IICRC certified in Water and Applied Structural Drying and Introduction to Mold. Jason assists clients following a disaster to rebuild their home/business. He is happily married with 3 children who are both academically and athletically inclined. In his spare time, you can find him on a ball field, spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys time on the lake, hunting and golf.
Josh Eady
Josh is co-owner of SERVPRO of Baldwin and Monroe.
Josh is a licensed General Contractor and is IICRC Water Certified. He is happily married and has 3 children who are active in many athletic arenas. In his spare time, Josh enjoys hunting with his boys, weekends at the beach with family and friends and golfing.
Lyndsey Lavender
Lyndsey joined our team in 2019 as a Job File Coordinator for the Reconstruction Department. In 2022, she was named Office Manager and quickly became a cornerstone for our team. Her team management skills, ability to solve problems, and professionalism are only a few of the several skills she brings to this franchise.
Gabe Reynolds
Gabe joined the SERVPRO team in 2014 and serves as a Production Manager. He is an IICRC certified Water Damage Technician and ARMT Mold Certified Technician, possessing ample knowledge to address the many issues when in the field. He is also SERVPRO ECTP certified in carpet and upholstery cleaning and crew training.
Andy Stone
Andy joined our team in 2017 and brings a wealth of experience and talent. Andy wore the hat of Crew Chief until 2021, when he became a Production Manager. He is an IICRC Certified Water Damage Restoration, ARMT Mold Remediation and SERVPRO ECTP Certified in Crew Training and Water Damage. Andy served our great country as a Marine, weathering two active tours of duty in Iraq. He is always ready to roll up his sleeves and solve problems for homeowners and clients as problems arise.
Melissa Lebrun
With countless years in advertising in the Lake Country while working with the Baldwin county Chamber of Commerce and then with the lake area's most well known radio station, Melissa was a no-brainer decision to add her to our franchise in 2018. Off the clock, Melissa enjoys kayaking and time with her family and friends.... and usually still marketing SERVPRO.
Megan Neff
Megan joined SERVPRO of Baldwin and Monroe in 2018 as a Job File Coordinator. Megan brings a wealth of knowledge using Xactimate, a program used to create sketches and estimates for insurance adjusters and clients as disasters occur. Megan is IICRC certified in Water Damage and has SERVPRO ECTP certifications in crew training, water damage, carpet and upholstery cleaning and fire damage.
Kayli Spires
Kayli joined our team in 2021 as a Job File Coordinator. She brings passion and glee to the work environment, always smiling and sharing a happy word.
Ashley McCready
Ashley joined the team halfway through 2022 as an administrative assistant and quickly proved that her ability and computer software knowledge was more suited for putting estimates together and working with our production team.
Benny Wright
Benny has been with our team over 28 years and wears the many hats that come along with the "rebuild" following a disaster. Benny is skilled in many departments and always has a smile on his face, never meeting a stranger. If disaster ever strikes your home or office, you can rest assured that Benny will be there to make it look "Like it never even happened."
Brian Batchelor
Brian joined the SERVPRO team in 2012 and possesses over 25 years in the construction industry. He is truly the "Jack of all trades" and is always up for a challenge and welcomes the opportunity to help people in time of need. Brian has three children and enjoys being a dad, hunting and fishing in his spare time.
Jesse Leitheiser
Jesse joined the team in 2018 as a Production Technician, and in 2020, he became a Crew Chief. He has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Removal. Jesse is a hard working fellow who always goes above and beyond for our customers. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys hunting and deep sea fishing.
B.J. Wright
Following the construction foot steps of his father, Benny, B.J. joined our team in September of 2020. He helps on any type of job as an assistant to our crew chiefs and technicians.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire experience with SERVPRO installing hardwoods throughout our home. I knew SERVPRO handled insurance repairs, but until recently, I did not know they were willing to help with home restoration projects. I'm glad we found out they offer this service!
