Kayli was such a great help in answering my questions and explaining the process, she was extremely professional and kind and great at updating me at every stage!! Gabe was also great! The weather proved to be a challenge and he was quick to get in touch to explain the service I needed would have less accurate results due to the weather and rescheduled for better time that was still quicker than I expected! Glad to have such a great company here in Milledgeville and thankful to Kayli and Gabe for their help!
We needed these guys after Hurricane Helene brought a ton of water in our home. They were fast on the job, came all the way to Augusta to service us and the crew that came in, De’Adrian and Kolandis were efficient and professional. Very happy with our experience. I knew SERVPRO handled insurance repairs, but until recently, I did not know they were willing to help with home restoration projects. I'm glad we found out they offer this service!
