My experience with SERVPRO could not have been more professional, kind, and comforting to me. When the awful incident happened at my home the first telephone call I made was to SERVPRO. The kind young man named Brandon return my call, gave me a time he thought he could be here. He came, on time, and proceeded to explain what would need to be done. He further explained to me that besides the drying of the water damage and disinfecting the area that if I needed a contractor to do additional repairs that he could recommend a contractor in the same building as SERVPRO. It turned out that I did indeed need a contractor and his recommended company did a great job for me. This was service above and beyond and I am so blessed to have been given this excellent service.
SERVPRO of Athens was very prompt, thereby preventing further damage to my home furnishings. SERVPRO was very helpful with expediting the process with the insurance company. SERVPRO was excellent in helping me correct the damage done to my property.
