My experience with SERVPRO could not have been more professional, kind, and comforting to me. When the awful incident happened at my home the first telephone call I made was to SERVPRO. The kind young man named Brandon return my call, gave me a time he thought he could be here. He came, on time, and proceeded to explain what would need to be done. He further explained to me that besides the drying of the water damage and disinfecting the area that if I needed a contractor to do additional repairs that he could recommend a contractor in the same building as SERVPRO. My AC leaked up in the attic & I had major water damage in my spare bedroom. Brandon & Christopher (from SERVPRO) just left an hour or so ago and they were awesome! They cleaned up the water, wet drywall & any other damage.
I've also had them clean my carpet in the past and they do an amazing job every time. They are friendly and helpful too...no question is too dumb. I am definitely a SERVPRO customer for life. And no--I was not paid to say this.
