When Water, Fire, and Storm Damage Happens in Lovejoy, We're Ready.

Whether you're looking for restoration, cleaning or construction services in Lovejoy, we're here to help 24/7.

Lovejoy is a city in Clayton CountyGeorgia, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 6,422, up from 2,495 in 2000. During the American Civil War, it was the site of the Battle of Lovejoy's Station during the Atlanta Campaign of 1864. Lovejoy is proposed by the Georgia Department of Transportation and MARTA to be the endpoint of metro Atlanta's first commuter rail line.

Around 1850, the location just north of Fosterville, GA, was positioned along the new railway from Atlanta to Macon. The trainstop there was named for a prosperous local planter, James Lankford Lovejoy. On early maps, the location is called "Lovejoys." It became known as Lovejoy's Station by 1864, where it was the setting of a civil war battle during Sherman's campaign through Georgia. James Lovejoy left the region and died in Clinch County, Georgia in 1877. The Georgia General Assembly incorporated Lovejoy as a town in 1891. In 1979, Betty Talmadge, former first-lady of Georgia, purchased the remnants of the Hollywood set "Tara," the fictional plantation featured in Gone With the Wind, and brought them to Lovejoy.[7] The main road through Lovejoy today is named "Tara Blvd." The remnants of Tara are available to be toured at the Lovejoy Plantation through www.savingtara.com.

Lovejoy, GA receives 40.63 inches of rainfall, on average, per year, so local residents are certainly not immune to needing water damage restoration. There are always a risk of flooding or mold damage to homes living in an area with such significant rainfall. The city of Lovejoy residents have the convenient, 24/7 access to water damage restoration.

While our town's temperature climate, humidity, and rainfall help prevent sporadic fires from happening. Lovejoy's brave first responders are quick to respond to also help prevent fire damage from taking place. But fires do still happen. Bringing in the trained technicians quickly after the fire first occurred will help prevent further damage, which speeds up the process in the fire damage restoration crew to begin their work restoring the property.

SERVPRO technicians are ready to mobilize when disaster strikes, and no disaster is too large (or small) for our team of professionals. We approach every water and fire emergency with a sense of urgency, to prevent continued damage to your structure.

I am writing in reference to an ‘AWESOME JOB’ done by all. Ms. Smith’s timing was impeccable, as she assisted with getting a crew to my home very quickly. Mr. Edwards and Mr. Faircloth is the hardest working gentleman I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. In conclusion, SERVPRO was a ‘GOD SENT COMPANY.’ Thank you for your much needed help. I am truly blessed to have had the honor, privilege, and pleasure to patronize with your company.
