We would like to commend Chris for his promptness for arriving at our place of residence exactly when he said he would be here. He was very courteous and took the time to answer and address all of our concerns. He represented your company in a very professional ,respectful , and caring way. He represents SERVPRO exactly as portrayed in the commercials we have watched on television. Prompt, Courteous, Caring, and very Professional.
My rental condominium (1300 square feet) had a deep and offensive stench from the prior tenant's smoking with a yellow film on counters, cabinets, etc. Cleaning the vents and a/c handler had no effect. SERVPRO was very thorough and detailed in their estimate. After I resolved to use their services, they were very prompt in making arrangements and were very timely. I live 900 miles away, so all was done remotely. Could not have been easier. The first treatment eliminated 95% of the odor; cleaning was complete. They provided a second treatment free of charge and we are about 98% there now :). Did these negative reviews use the same SERVPRO of South Palm Beach that I did? Just ask for Josh or Jill and go from there. I had an extreme case and could not be more pleased. Trust me, I am critical.
The work done by Daniel Jack you’re Michael and Hugo was wonderful. They were on time very efficient and extremely polite. I am well satisfied and will definitely use SERVPRO and his team again.I would highly recommend SERVPRO for any work you need done in your home or condo. Thank you guys very much.
