Doug is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach and has been a member of our team for 28 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs and received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Commercial Drying Specialist. Doug is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional who takes great pride in helping others and providing superior customer service. His favorite responsibilities are building customer confidence and solving problems no one else can. Around the office, he is known for being dependable and the team's very own "MacGyver". Doug is originally from Pompano Beach, Florida and when not working, enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and grandson.
Patrick Ryan
Patrick is the Sales Marketing Division Manager at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach and has been a member of our team for 7 years. Patrick is friendly and has a positive attitude. His favorite responsibilities are meeting with customers and establishing relationships. Around the office, he is known for great initiative and attentiveness with our customers. Patrick is originally from California and when he is not working, enjoys staying active spending time with his three children.
Jose Rodriguez
Jose is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach and has been a member of our team for 28 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs and received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Jose is professional and dependable. His favorite responsibilities include working on water damage projects and helping customers. Around the office he is known for knowledge and skill. Jose is originally from El Salvador and when not working, enjoys bike riding, and time with his wife & twin boys.
Christopher Green
Chris is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach and has been a member of our team for 10 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs and received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Chris is friendly and passionate about customer service. His favorite responsibilities include water mitigation and mold remediation. Around the office he is known for his outgoing personality. Chris is originally from Canada and when he is not working, enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Jack Gutierrez
Jack is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach and has been a member of our team for 9 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs and received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). Jack has a strong worth ethic. His favorite responsibilities include water and mold damage and carpet cleaning. Around the office, he is known for his dedication and attention to detail. Jack is originally from Colombia and when he is not working, enjoys spending time with his five children.

Yuri Mattos
Yuri is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of South Palm Beach and has been a member of our team for 4 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs. Yuri is organized and hardworking. After pulling out our kitchen cabinets we found mold behind the sink base. SERVPRO properly removed the mold and installed new drywall in the affected area.
The SERVPRO team did a very nice job of containing the moldy area and removing the problem. Within 24 hours of discovery, they had it completely remediated. A finishing contractor came about a week later to finish the drywall at the end where more attention to detail was needed. Excellent service, professionalism and response time.
SERVPRO of South Palm Beach is excellent. Everyone of their employees is a true professional and they are able to manage a complete job from remediation to rebuild - the list is endless! I can highly recommend them for this work and the fact that they were able to complete this work for me on time and while I was 1500 miles away was even more fantastic! Josh and his staff completed an emergency mold removal job. Not only was staff professional. I could trust them in entire house. Was on time everyday. Available on cell any time of day and amazing follow up. Best service!
My husband and I have used SERVPRO several times and each time we have received white glove service from Doug and his crew! They always make sure we know they care. From protecting our windows to the final clean up. Anytime we purchase a home we always have a mold test performed. When mold is found it’s usually under the windows that are leaking behind drywall. SERVPRO came in, removed the drywall, cleaned the areas from mold and made sure we were mold free. The owner Josh is always a phone call away happy to help with any questions or concerns and even text me multiple times to make sure we were happy. This is type of service is hard to find in any company rather yet a company removing walls from your home. If I could rate them a ten I would!
