They were professional and thorough. Ashamed to say I didn't get their names, but please let them know how wonderful it all looks. The grout was still wet in places when they left, and they were concerned about how it was going to look. No worries at all. Thanks so much .

I also called them back to have my furniture routinely cleaned. Once it dried, it looked like a brand new living room suite. I would definitely use them again.
