My washing machine is kept in my finished basement, and I had thought this was a great place for it. But it had a major mechanical failure and I had a flood in my basement. Even with the drains there was so much water leaked that it made flood damage a foot off the ground. Walls were damaged, flooring was damaged, and it was awful. That is until your company came in and made it go away. I would have never imagined to repairing it would be easy. My basement like new in a short time. Thank You!

However, when the rains came down faster than what the ground would absorb it had nowhere else to go but inside my door. It ruined my floors and damaged the bottom of my walls. I called SERVPRO to come out to my house after a storm ripped through.  They boarded up my widows that blew out and put a tarp on my roof to keep it from leaking anymore.  Response time was amazing and the were so professional and caring.
