Our owners, Brent Nicholson and Leo Millan, believe in pouring back into the Orlando community as often as possible. Brent and Leo work diligently and encourages all of us here at SERVPRO of Northwest Orlando, to invest in our community whenever possible. Though we have seen substantial growth over the past several years, our mission has remained the same. Our Employees
We pride ourselves on hiring people with a good work ethic, high integrity, and the ability to work in and adapt to tough conditions. With over 30 years of combined experience in fire and water mitigation, we ensure that all of our employees go through extensive training and the proper certification process to provide the best customer experience we can offer. Whether it be the comprehensive training we provide when new employees begin, the certifications we require our employees to have, or the constant on the job training we provide. I received your certificate of satisfaction survey and have completed it, however, the section for additional comments was not large enough to adequately communicate the astonishingly professional job completed at my home. Danny and his helper, were extremely thorough in the removal of the cellulose insulation. I did not expect that level of attention to detail. I appreciate so much the concern they had with my request that it be contained so that my family would not have any more adverse health effects related to the insulation or removal. They are both very hard workers and went above and beyond what I had expected. I would definitely use SERVPRO in the future and certainly recommend your services to my friends. Thank you again.

Jeremy and Nate did a great job when they cleaned the ductwork and carpet in my home. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, asked if I had questions and then went right to work. It was apparent they knew what they were doing. Although SERVPRO is known for fire and water emergency services, I wanted everyone to know they also do a great job in the cleaning area. I will recommend them to my family and friends.
