My experience with SERVPRO was fantastic. After a flood on Thanksgiving day, Rafael sent his team out immediately, and charged me a super fair price. Rafael, who was also my initial contact, made himself available 24 hours / day until the job was done, even though his technicians were already on it. The 1st tech Jose Almonte, who came to install all the equipment was extremely gracious and worked hard to figure out the best way to approach it. Freddy Lopez came when it was time to pick up all the equipment, and went way beyond his duties to make sure everything was left in great condition. Thank you!! I recommend this company very highly.

I have been dealing with Greg since this ordeal began on Thursday and very much appreciate how great it's been to have had Greg help us out throughout the entire process. He has been informative, courteous and professional! In fact, doubly so, as he's had to patiently explain everything twice; once to me over the phone, and the second time to Ana, who's at the property! I'm grateful to be speaking with the same person from the beginning, all the way through to the end, and not having to explain things over to a new person each time I called.
Customer service is a dying art, but I'm glad to say that Greg Swenson has given us excellent customer service so far; answering all calls, texts, emails, and questions! He has made this whole difficult situation much easier to deal with. Thank you.
