Joe is the President of SERVPRO of Miami Beach and Pinecrest / East Kendall. He’s directly involved in all areas of the business: the production, office and marketing departments. His reputation for quality and fairness has allowed him to grow his business steadily over the past 7 years because he has a strong emphasis in making the customer’s needs his highest priority. As an owner, he’s hands on and has responded to hundreds of water losses, fires, mold remediation, sewage backup and bio-hazard jobs. He is our go to resident "expert" on all things requiring restoration. He has the following certifications from IICRC: Water Removal Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), and SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP). Not only is Joe an entrepreneur, he is a wonderful father and a devoted husband and he loves putting a smile on his family’s face. He is a baseball fan (Minnesota Twins and Colorado Rockies) and loves nature and hiking in the Colorado Mountains.

Ismel, General Manager of SERVPRO Miami Beach and Pinecrest / East Kendall, is a 14-year experienced member of the SERVPRO family, with experience managing day-to-day franchise operations, disaster-response travel and large losses. He came to the Miami Beach and Pinecrest / East Kendall family in 2021 after helping build a different franchise be a large-loss leader. Ismel became the proud father of twins in 2022 with his wife, Yulia, and has done an amazing job balancing heavy work duties with the even-more-important family duties!

Rafael is office manager at SERVPRO Miami Beach & Pinecrest / East Kendall. He provides leadership with strategic thinking and, most importantly, is the key administrative contact with customers. His goal is to provide excellent customer service in an efficient and transparent way. He interfaces with all elements of the business, ensuring a quality team of properly trained employees produce jobs completed according to SERVPRO®; Franchise procedures and processes. He is in charge of hiring, training, and managing a team of office personnel while monitoring compliance and risk management. He Rafael is an excellent communicator helping staff and customers stay up to date on jobs, documentation, budgeting, and customer issues.

Jessica is a recent welcome addition to SERVPRO of Miami Beach and Pinecrest / East Kendall. She came to our franchise in 2022 after working in the office of a different franchise. Her primary role is ensure scheduliing and job file documentation is best-in-class -- and she delivers! She wins the award for sunniest disposition and most gracious customer service! Jessica hails from Venezuela and enjoys the beach in her off time. She is working part-time.

Yency is a recent welcome addition to SERVPRO of Miami Beach and Pinecrest / East Kendall. She came to our franchise in 2023. Her primary role is HR and office assistant. She is working full-time and is originally from La Habana, Cuba

Ivis a Business Development Representative at SERVPRO Miami Beach and Pinecrest / East Kendall. He is known for being obsessed about customer service, making sure all of his customers are prepared for disasters, then making sure they return to normalcy when a disaster does happen. Ivis is bilingual and is also the most recent addition to our team.

Javier is a welcome addition to the Miami Beach and Pinecrest / East Kendall franchises, bearing more than a decade of experience in the restoration industry, including SERVPRO and other companies. He is originally from Colombia and has a wealth of experience on property losses ranging from the small, to the large. He rejoined the SERVPRO team because of the family atmosphere we emphasize. He takes pride in helping customers return to normalcy after a disturbing loss has interrupted their lives.
