Benjamin Alcorn
Benjamin Alcorn is the General Manager of SERVPRO of Mandarin. He has over 10 years of management experience. Benjamin studied business management, finance, and accounting at Michigan State University before moving to Jacksonville. With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Benjamin brings expertise in customer service, team management, and process management to our SERVPRO franchises. He completed SERVPRO Industries Inc.'s Franchise Ownership Training in 2016. Benjamin also holds an Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician.

Lauren Braddock Alcorn
Lauren Braddock Alcorn is the Commercial Business Development Representative for SERVPRO of Mandarin. Lauren serves on the Jax Chamber Board of Directors, and as the 2019 Chair of ImpactJAX, the young professionals division of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. She has been a Board Member of ImpactJAX since 2016. She is also a member of both the Jax Chamber Beaches Division and Arlington Councils. Lauren is a member of the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, and the Ponte Vedra Beach Division of the St. Johns County Chamber. She also served as a First Coast Blessings in a Backpack volunteer (2015-2018), and was a Team Leader for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer's annual cancer walk (2016-2017).
Robin Braddock
Robin Braddock has been the Owner of SERVPRO of Mandarin, along with Tom Braddock for the past 38 years. They purchased her first SERVPRO franchise in 1981. Robin has the following certifications: IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Water Damage Restoration, is a certified DryBook user, and has completed the DRI EAZ Education Restorative Drying 101. Robin is a Mentor volunteer at Twin Lakes Elementary School (2015-2019) and is a Board Member Emeritus of First Coast Blessings in a Backpack. She is also a member of CAI, Community Associations Institute, Northeast Florida Chapter.
Tom Braddock
Tom Braddock is the Owner of SERVPRO of Mandarin along with Robin Braddock. He is a proud Airforce Veteran, and has 41 years of experience in the Restoration Industry. Tom worked as a Technician beginning in 1976 for SERVPRO of Tallahassee while attending Florida State University. He purchased his first SERVPRO franchise in 1981. Tom has the following certifications: IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Fire & Smoke Restoration. He also has continuing education certification in OSHA/EPA Lead Paint Safety from AAA Construction School, Inc. and the Employee Certification Training Program through SERVPRO.
Tom served on the Board of First Coast Blessings in a Backpack from 2015-2018, and is a Mentor at Twin Lakes Academy Elementary, 2019.
Kelly Bennett
Kelly Bennett is the Human Resources Officer and Office Manager at SERVPRO of Mandarin. She joined our team in January of 2023. Overseeing our team development and training, helping to implement company policies, HR management, payroll, and bookkeeping are just a few of her responsibilities. Kelly is working to complete her Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as a Water Restoration Technician. About Us
SERVPRO of Mandarin has been locally owned and operated, by Tom and Robin Braddock for more than 40 years. When you have a cleaning or restoration need, we’re already nearby and ready to help. We take pride in being a part of the Jacksonville, FL community and want to do our part in making it the best it can be.
The Braddock's purchased their first SERVPRO franchise in St. Augustine in 1981. Tom is from Jacksonville and grew up in Atlantic Beach. Robin was born in Gainesville, Florida, and was raised in the Flagler County/Palm Coast area. Tom graduated from Fletcher high-school in Neptune Beach, Florida in 1967. He volunteered for the United States Airforce in 1968, served four years, and proudly attended Florida State University on the GI Bill. Tom began working for SERVPRO in Jacksonville as a technician in 1976. Robin Hardin Braddock graduated from Flagler Palm Coast High School in 1976 and moved to Jacksonville in 1978 as a medical assistant, following her graduation from Daytona Beach Community College (now Daytona State College). When Robin and Tom met in 1978, they saw SERVPRO as a good opportunity to not only be in business for themselves but to serve the community they loved so much.
Tom and Robin Braddock's SERVPRO is the longest continuously running cleaning and restoration company in North East Florida. SERVPRO of Mandarin serves the following Jacksonville communities: Mandarin, Julington Creek, Bartram, Fruit Cove, Switzerland, St. Johns, Baymeadows, Durbin Creek, Nocatee, and San Jose. Their two children, Lauren Braddock Alcorn and Andrew Braddock are now involved in the family business. Andrew works as an Estimator, Project manager, and Crew Chief, and Lauren in Commercial Accounts Management, and Large Loss Project Management. Their son-in-law, Benjamin Alcorn operates their franchises as the General Manager, and well as running their Storm Team. The Braddock and Alcorn families, proudly making it "Like it never even happened," in Jacksonville for over 40 years.
