It was a Friday night and I was hosting a party and hours before the event, a pipe burst in the house and flooded the kitchen, we were devastated and did not know what to do. A neighbor had dealt with SERVPRO before said, call them, the prices are reasonable and the staff is amazing at handling water damage and can get my home back to its original state, She was right, They came out that night took care of the home and was done within a matter of hours and I was still able to have my party and only 30 minutes later. I was disgusted when a septic tank backup flooded my home. It was the worst thing I had ever seen, but thankfully, your team knew just what to do to take control of the situation quickly and efficiently. Today, everything is good as new.
