Andrea Rusch
Andrea Rusch is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Gulf Beaches South / West St. Petersburg. She joined our team in 2020 as a JFC and was quickly promoted to Office Manager. Andrea manages many office duties. Andrea’s previous JFC experience and general enthusiasm gives her the skills and attitude to lead in this role. When not working, you can find Andrea jamming to live music, especially the band, Phish.
Brian Neal
Brian joined Team Nicholson as our Operations Manager in 2021 before transitioning into the role of our Production Manager. He had been in senior management for over 15 years with a specialty in private-sector hospitality. He has lived around the country, but for the greater part of his life, he has called Tampa Bay his home. He loves to travel, play tennis, go to the gym, and participate in all water activities.
Alec Cowan
Alec is our Operations Manager at our SERVPRO in St. Petersburg. Alec is no stranger to SERVPRO. He has worked for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in our Texas and Tennessee locations. He is also a recipient of one of our Employee of the Year awards for 2022. Alec is ready to help at a moment’s notice.
Eddie Urbina
Eddie Urbina has been a Production Manager for SERVPRO of Gulf Beaches South / West St. Petersburg since early 2019. In this role, he scopes jobs, sets up and documents efficient work flow, manages his production crew, and monitors risk at assigned jobs from start to finish. Over the course of his time on our team, he has developed processes that keep on pace with work.
Justin Cowan
Justin is one of our Production Managers here in St. Petersburg, Florida. He went to school in Tennessee, worked for Team Nicholson in Tennessee and Texas, and later settled in the Clearwater area. Because he has worked in many locations across the south and southeast, he has experience with a variety of weather damage conditions, from tornadoes to hurricanes.
Daniel Pirela
Daniel Pirela is one of our Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO of Gulf Beaches South / West St. Petersburg. He is in charge of a small crew while on mitigation jobs and monitors progress of his crew from start to finish. He makes an excellent member of SERVPRO Team Nicholson.
Roberto Rodriguez
Roberto is one of our Crew Chiefs here at SERVPRO on Team Nicholson. In this role, he organizes and manages his crew toward the completion of jobs, leads in daily assignments, and ensures customer satisfaction in all aspects of communication. We are thrilled to have him on our team.
Luis Tigrera
Luis Tigrera is one of our awesome Crew Chiefs in our Gulf Beaches location. He manages crews and helps them stay on track with all of our services. These include, but are not limited to: biohazard cleanups, mold remediations, fire and water mitigation, and content tracking/pack-out.
Jon Matteson
Jon Matteson is one of our Construction Managers at SERVPRO of Gulf Beaches South / West St. Petersburg. Prior to joining SRVPRO Team Nicholson in 2021, he had 20+ years of experience in executive and professional level sales with a recent concentration in both commercial and residential construction services.
Jeff Truitt
Before joining Team Nicholson as our COO, Jeff Truitt served as Chief of Staff to Montgomery County Mayor Jim Durrett and as CEO of Clarksville-Montgomery County's Economic Development Council. Jeff has been devoted to the Clarksville community since setting roots here in 1992, while serving in the US Air Force, attached to Ft. Campbell Special Forces units. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys cooking and spending time with his wife, Kristi, and daughter, Macy.
Bill Shook
Serving as Team Nicholson's Chief of Production, Bill Shook holds a Bachelor Degree in Business from Tarleton University and WRT, AMRT, ASD, FSRT, and Lead Based Paint certifications. With more than 16 years of experience in the restoration industry, Bill focuses on talent development, process optimization, and strategy across our multi-franchise group.
Jazmyne Higdon
Jazmyne is a Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Gulf Beaches South / West St. Petersburg. Upon joining us in 2021, she had 15 years experience in the restoration industry—most of which were from SERVPRO. She is WRT, ASD and AMRT Certified and has experience dealing with insurance companies and collecting payments.
Brian Bell
Brian Bell joined us at Team Nicholson in 2017 as CFO. He brings extensive experience in Accounting and Education and holds certification in Xactimate. A Clarksville native, Brian is based in our downtown satellite office at Team Nicholson's TN headquarters.
Lori Wilson
Lori Wilson joins Team Nicholson as in-house Training Specialist. She brings more than a decade of experience in the restoration industry, including time with SERVPRO Corporate. She holds Master Water Restorer, Master Fire Restorer, and Master Textile Restorer certifications, along with IICRC Instructor credentials and general OSHA certification. Born and raised in middle TN, Lori enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog Sadie.
Cassie Wyatt
Cassie Wyatt, our Financial Controller, joined Team Nicholson in 2014. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix along with Xactimate and DryBook experience. She leads our talented accounting team in ensuring our franchises' financial stability and success.
Bill Repsel
A member of our team since 2013, Bill Repsel is a true pillar of our administrative staff. He serves as both Executive Administrator to Team Nicholson and Office Manager in our SERVPRO of Montgomery County location. Bill holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration and Applied Structural Drying, and is DryBook and Xactimate certified. Outside of work, Bill enjoys cooking, singing, and spending time with his wife and family.
Christy Govea
Christy Govea serves as Team Nicholson's HR and Payroll Manager. She offers more than 15 years of valuable experience in the Human Resources and Customer Service fields. She is a Clarksville, TN, native and is based in our downtown satellite office. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, and is a Jeep enthusiast!
Trey Davis
Trey is our IT Specialist. He has worn many hats since joining our team at the beginning of 2023. Before joining us as a Job File Coordinator and Dispatcher, he had 7+ years of sales, administrative, and customer service experience in Tennessee.
Kaileigh Plant
Kaileigh serves as Team Nicholson's Accounting Manager, based in our downtown Clarksville, TN, office. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and is passionate about lifelong learning. Originally from Orlando, FL, Kaileigh, her husband, and her son now call Tennessee home.
Reagan Nicholson
Since 2019, Reagan has been a valued member of Team Nicholson's Accounting department. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from local Austin Peay State University and works in our downtown Clarksville, Tennessee, office. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her beloved golden doodle, Molly.
Rayven Threlkeld
Now a member of our Accounting Team, Rayven has worn many hats at Team Nicholson. She first served as a Fire Technician, then Administrative Assistant, Construction Job File Coordinator, and now Accounting Clerk. Rayven is passionate about the SERVPRO brand and strives to learn as many aspects of the business as possible.
Taylor Dennis
Taylor serves as Team Nicholson's Digital Marketing Support Specialist. She is a Tennessee native who graduated from UT Knoxville with a Marketing degree in 2021. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, going to concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
Jeff Williams
Jeff joined Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016 as Director of Large Loss Operations, bringing extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial mitigation. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Carpet Repair + Reinstallation, and Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning. Affectionately known as The Godfather of Large Loss, Jeff has managed more than $50M worth of large scale disaster recovery projects.
Kevin Woodard
Joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson in 2016, Kevin brings many years of commercial restoration experience to his Project Manager role. He holds IICRC accreditation in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Upholstery + Fabric Cleaning, Fire + Smoke Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Lead Renovator. When not traveling for work, he enjoys assisting our local franchises.
Gavin Parchman
Our most tenured Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson Project Manager, Gavin has been a leader and teacher on our Large Loss team since 2015. As a strong communicator, he works to ensure client satisfaction and offers a high degree of professionalism on the job. A native of our headquarters city, Clarksville, TN, Gavin now calls our St. Petersburg, FL, location home.
Billy Morrison
Serving as Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's Large Loss Construction Division Manager, Billy is committed to ensuring safety, managing risk, mentoring team members, complying with industry standards, and guaranteeing client satisfaction when it comes to reconstruction of large losses. He has been a valued member of our team since 2015.
Tristen Williams
Bringing more than 5 years experience with the SERVPRO brand and in the restoration industry, Tristen is one of Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson's valued Large Loss Project Managers. He holds IICRC accreditation in Applied Structural Drying, Water Damage Restoration Tech, and Commercial Drying Specialty. Tristen's strong work ethic and attention to detail ensure commercial clients expectations are met.
David Harkness
Prior to joining Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson as our Large Loss Resource Coordinator in 2021, David worked in real estate, home renovation, inspection, industrial repair, maintenance, and emergency management for more than 30 years. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his beloved wife and family.
BJ Clifton
BJ is one of our Regional Trainers, bringing us over 13 years of experience in the field upon joining our team in 2023. Recognized as a Journeyman in textile and fire restoration, he holds a remarkable collection of certifications, including UFT, WRT, ASD, OCT, CCT, FSRT, and TCST. He continues to excel in his craft, earning the trust and admiration of clients and colleagues alike.
Michael Batson
Michael Batson serves as our in-house CPA and Strategic Analyst. He is a Tennessee native, having grown up in southern Montgomery County, attending Montgomery Central High School. After graduating from APSU in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration, he obtained his CPA. Currently, he lives on a family farm with his wife, two daughters, two cats, and his puppy Herschel. He enjoys cattle farming, hunting and spending time on the lake.
Vickie Felts
Vickie Felts is our HR Manager in Clarksville on our Regional Team. She has over 16 years of HR experience, bringing tremendous value to our unique way of operating. We’re grateful to have her expertise in our team.
Tashauna Johnson
Tashauna Johnson is our Accounting Manager with us on our Regional Team. Coming to us at SERVPRO Team Nicholson from our Gallatin, TN, corporate offices, she has years of proven experience with our brand and expertise in her field.
Solsire Urribarri
From Venezuela, Solsire is on of our Production Technicians on our SERVPRO team. She is a proud mother of two children who give her motivation to work hard. Sol has a degree in business administration, but her biggest short-term goal is to progress in her proficiency of the English language.
Boris Dimoff
Boris joined Disaster Recovery Team Nicholson, where he serves as a Large Loss Project Manager. As the former General Manager of a Colorado-based restoration company, he brings over 14 years of industry experience with him. When not working, Boris enjoys spending time with his family and has many hobbies, including golfing, fishing, mountain climbing, and motorcycles, to keep him busy.
Jose Galarza
Jose is one of our Operations Managers at SERVPRO of Gulf Beaches. He has previously worked for SERVPRO Team Nicholson in our Texas and Tennessee locations. His flexibility and willingness to serve our SERVPRO team is invaluable. Jose traveling with his family and visiting baseball stadiums.
Julia Dorough
Julia serves as the National Sales Manager for Team Nicholson. She has her bachelor's degree in Marketing and has over 7 years of experience leading a sales team. She's originally from Idaho, so a big mountain girl at heart that loves to ski.
Hunter Gibson
We're excited to welcome Hunter as our new Production Manager at SERVPRO of Gulf Beaches South/West St. Petersburg. With a wealth of experience and a dedication to quality, Hunter is a great fit for our team. Welcome aboard, Hunter!
Maria Urdaneta
Maria is our Digital Content Specialist at SERVPRO Team Nicholson. She creates and manages all the digital content in order to improve our online presence. With her attention to detail and love for quality, Maria makes sure our online presence truly represents us. Her friendly and helpful nature makes her a great team player, always ready to lend a hand. We're lucky to have Maria on the team!
