I did want to let you know specifically how much I appreciated the professional work done your SERVPRO team.  Doug was thorough in explanations and professional in selling your services.  A particular shout-out goes to Crew chief  - Nicholas Green and Production Technician  - Victor Elias.  I observed both of them twice as they worked, and both times when I entered the room, they stopped what they were doing, looked me in the eye, and made sure that they answered my questions fully.  When my mold inspector came to check the air quality, he complemented the work that had been done by your crew.

I can not say enough great things about Josh Ruderman and SERVPRO of Delray Beach. They handled a very stressful situation ( a water leak) for me and was there every step of the way 24-7 answering questions, providing updates and following up with me daily. The remediation team was meticulous and thorough. I could not have asked for a better end result. The crew was nice and respectful and I had nothing but confidence in their abilities. You will be lucky you used SERVPRO of Delray Beach to handle your emergency. I wish I could give more than five stars.

SERVPRO of Delray Beach were at our flood within 30 minutes of calling them. Ended up staying until midnight setting up dryers and dehumidifiers. Very professional. They helped me through a very stressful situation and let me know what to expect along the way.

We had water damage in our ceiling from an air conditioner. SERVPRO was recommended to us from our dear friends who are State Farm agents. Chris, Jose, Danny, Christian and Victor came to our house immediately to extract the water. They all were wonderful with bringing in other contractors (A/C, electrical and drywall) to help remediate the issues. Doug, the manager was just incredible and very trust worthy. We highly recommend SERVPRO.
