Doug is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 28 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs and received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Commercial Drying Specialist. Doug is a dedicated and knowledgeable professional who takes great pride in helping others and providing superior customer service. His favorite responsibilities are building customer confidence and solving problems no one else can. Around the office, he is known for being dependable and the team's very own "MacGyver". Doug is originally from Pompano Beach, Florida and when not working, enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and grandson.
Jose Rodriguez
Jose is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 28 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs and received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Jose is professional and dependable. His favorite responsibilities include working on water damage projects and helping customers. Around the office he is known for knowledge and skill. Jose is originally from El Salvador and when not working, enjoys bike riding, and time with his wife & twin boys.
Christopher Green
Chris is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 10 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs and received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Chris is friendly and passionate about customer service. His favorite responsibilities include water mitigation and mold remediation. Around the office he is known for his outgoing personality. Chris is originally from Canada and when he is not working, enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter.
Jack Gutierrez
Jack is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 9 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs and received certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) as a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). Jack has a strong worth ethic. His favorite responsibilities include water and mold damage and carpet cleaning. Around the office, he is known for his dedication and attention to detail. Jack is originally from Colombia and when he is not working, enjoys spending time with his five children.
Christian Tibaes
Christian is a Warehouse Manager at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 6 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs. Christian is hard working and kind. His favorite responsibilities are providing great customer service and managing the warehouse. Around the office, he is known for his professionalism and teamwork ethic. Christian is originally from Brazil and when he is not working, enjoys surfing and playing soccer.
Yuri Mattos
Yuri is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 4 years. He has completed rigorous SERVPRO training programs. Yuri is organized and hardworking. His favorite responsibilities are taking care of the equipment and cleaning the warehouse. Around the office, he is known for being respectful and hard working. Yuri is originally from Brazil and when he is not working, enjoys being with his family and playing video games.
Pedro Mero Pico
Pedro is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 2 years. Cam Paez
Cam is a Sr. Project coordinator at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 1 year. Cam has a great work ethic and strong problem-solving abilities. Her favorite responsibilities are handling customer enquiries and coordinating jobs with multiple vendors and making sure they are seamless. Around the office, she is known for her compassion and ability to be a team player. Cam is originally from Washington DC and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, volunteering, and geocaching.
Patrick Ryan
Patrick is the Sales Marketing Division Manager at SERVPRO of Delray Beach and has been a member of our team for 7 years. Patrick is friendly and has a positive attitude. His favorite responsibilities are meeting with customers and establishing relationships. Around the office, he is known for great initiative and attentiveness with our customers. SERVPRO is the best. Every experience has been exceptionally professional. They came out on an emergency basis on a holiday weekend. Because they dried the area so quickly they saved us so much time and money. Their follow up is incredible. I cannot recommend them enough.
We had water damage in our ceiling from an air conditioner. SERVPRO was recommended to us from our dear friends who are State Farm agents. Chris, Jose, Danny, Christian and Victor came to our house immediately to extract the water. They all were wonderful with bringing in other contractors (A/C, electrical and drywall) to help remediate the issues. Doug, the manager was just incredible and very trust worthy. We highly recommend SERVPRO.
