Some of Rivertown's neighborhoods include; Gardens North, the Arbors, Haven, the Manor, and Highpointe, as well as Watersong, a 55+ community. Custom homesites are also available on the riverfront. 

Rivertown is part of the St. Johns County public school system and is zoned for Freedom Crossing Academy, Switzerland Point Middle School, and Bartram Trail High School. Two St. Johns County public parks are located nearby; Rivertown Park with 4 baseball fields, and Rivertown Fields II with 4 multipurpose, non-lit athletic fields.
