We had significant demolition work that had to be done which was led capably, competently and with great empathy by Ken. He communicated with me at every point through the process and helped us weather what was a true life crisis as an all-around good human being. (And he stayed calm when I wasn't.) He told me once "I think about your house every bit as much as you do." It was obvious in every way that he, in fact, did. Thank you Ken and SERVPRO (I'm going to invite him over after the house is all the way fixed.)
