Indian Harbour Beach...a Place to Call Home
Born over sixty years ago, the city is still young as far as cities go. Vibrant . . . Beautiful . . . and Peaceful. The City of Indian Harbour Beach, Florida, was developed as a residential community in support of the growing space industry and activities at nearby Kennedy Space Center, from which man first traveled to the moon.
Fairly small as cities go, at only two miles square, and over 8,446 citizens that call our area, “home”. Diverse backgrounds and all ages, our residents enjoy an ideal location on the east coast of central Florida, nestled between the beautiful blue Atlantic Ocean and the calm waters of the Indian River Lagoon.
Visitors can relax or picnic at my beachfront parks or stroll through my 27-acre Gleason Park surrounding a lake with its many exercise paths, lighted in the early evening by quaint Victorian lights. Sounds of joy and laughter can be heard coming from the year-round heated pool located in the park next to the community center, where classes and activities are held for people of all ages. Children play tennis on city courts, or baseball and soccer at our million-dollar sports field complex.
Our residents enjoy peace of mind in the knowledge that emergency response is a few precious minutes away. The community-oriented police officers are our first responders for medical emergencies and have saved many lives with the AED’s carried in each of our patrol cars. Some of my finest residents protect their fellow neighbors as our 30-member volunteer firefighters.

William Walsh Project Manager has been extremely helpful through the entire project and maintained the high standards you would have expected from a company like SERVPRO. They hired an outstanding subcontractor to put my home back in order Service Max International they were on their game and their employees were professional, cleaned up each time they were on site and there work as excellent. The replacement flooring looks amazing, true craftsmen. The folks that did the Pack and Storage of our household items did so professionally and everything was returned the same way it was packed in great shape. The Administrative staff at SERVPRO was also excellent with follow up and follow through. Angela and Susan did a great job of making sure the paperwork was processed and was very pleasant to work with over the entire project. The entire team at SERVPRO took a bad situation and turned it into an excellent response as they were very easy to work with. I would highly recommend SERVPRO to my friends as a excellent source to meet their moto Fix it "Like it never even happened." I highly recommend these folks.
