Fernando, Celia, Bobby and Joel, were just fantastic.  We found them to have a great work ethic, great attention to detail and very pleasant and comfortable to be in our home. When they left it was almost like saying good bye to family. They are truly a real credit to SERVPRO of Hockessin.

Your office staff was polite and patient with our insurance company.  I was surprised at how you keep track of all the phone calls and information on our job.  I also want to thank them for sending all the pictures that were taken.  I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.

After my child had an accident on the sofa your young man by the name of James came out and he told me not to expect a 100% removal of the spot.  After he completed the area, it came out almost perfect.  I am so thrilled at what was accomplished.  I hope I do not need your company again but if I do, I know who to call.  James definitely did an outstanding job.

Your carpet cleaning was great! Our dinging hall and common areas were pretty spotted up but you guys took care of it like it was nothing!

Unbelievable how the SERVPRO showed up on time.  They even called on their way and made me feel at ease.  I would use them again if I ever were to have an emergency.  Well done SERVPRO!
