SERVPRO of Hockessin/Elsmere is a wonderful company with a team of compassionate and thorough employees. I was in need of a company that could help with our burst pipe in our celling.  The team was efficient and they were able to identify another area getting ready to go that was missed as well.  They first came out in the middle of the night and an additional crew came out in the morning. I greatly applaud their communication to identify additional hazards in my home. 

Your crews were extremely professional and courteous.  I was pleasantly surprised at the work ethic your crews maintained.  I always heard great things about your office but I still think they went above and beyond my expectations.
