I was very happy with the flood damage service in Old Lyme, CT. The initial prompt arrival of help late on a Sunday evening was most appreciated. The customer service team was helpful with a number of call backs over the course of the work being performed. They answered every inquiry I had about the progress and what was to come. The technicians did a good job with the final steam clean. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Old Saybrook for water damage service.
We experienced moisture issues from liquid on the roof. After we had the roof repaired, the moisture problem continued. The experts your company sent found the cause and dealt with it by using a strong dehumidifier. After cleaning the wall everything looked spotless, thank you.
