The Four Seasons
One of our favorite things about Derby is that the really is no bad time of year (unless you "hate" the snow, in which case you may find yourself being a winter bird). The summers are mild and bring average rainfall, with the exception of the occasional hurricane every few years. This can cause structural and water damage to houses and businesses. In the winter, with the first snowfall, our town on the rivers looks picture perfect. Winter storms, however, can cause pipes to freeze and burst, causing flooding. I can't say enough about the service I received from Matt Caulfield and the crews from SERVPRO while dealing with a situation at my house due to a washer malfunction.
I made the call late at night, and Matt was at my house in a short time. After he made the assessment and explained everything, Chris and Zach came with all the necessary equipment and set it up. I am so impressed with their technical knowledge and professionalism. I was so stressed and exhausted, and yet, even though they were working through the night, the crew was calm and pleasant.
The drying-up process has been monitored carefully, and some adjustments have been made.
So, I am writing this review to let anyone know that if you run into an emergency, call SERVPRO immediately, before the situation gets worse.
These ladies did an outstanding job at our home. I would highly recommend your services.
Mario, John, and their crew made what I thought was one of the worst times of my life, almost painless. They helped with packing, storing, cleaning, and moving everything. They were very on time and up front at every turn. Should another unfortunate event arise, Mario will be my first phone call.
