You didn't have availability to come out for a few days but since I just needed the cushion cleaned you suggested I bring it by the shop the next morning. My condo was flooded by my upstairs neighbor in April. I was worried about having people in my home because of Covid-19, but SERVPRO put me at ease. Everyone that came out wore a mask & sanitized the areas before leaving. I would 100% recommend this crew! Great work.
From the first conversation with Steve, I was impressed! We had to work on some mold remediation due to a shower leak and he was honest and helpful from the start. Unlike other companies, he didn’t use the fear tactic, instead just calmly walked me through the next steps. But what comes after was above and beyond...Steven and his team's delivery were impeccable. I was so impressed by their timeliness and follow through and communication.
I highly recommend Steven and his team and will definitely be using them in the future.
The crew was very prompt and were here within two hours of the call we made to them. They have been here every day consistently checking out the situation and doing the work needed to get the situation under control.
The guys were very nice and dealt with a sick lady from all of this.

I chose SERVPRO of Golden for carpet cleaning. The guys showed up on time, were extremely cordial and professional. Did a fabulous job.
We had a sewer back up into our basement. Steve came to assess our situation within hours of my call. He was honest and didn't try to oversell their services which I appreciated after a bad experience with another company that came to assess our damage. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions. His crew arrived on time and did a great job. I will ONLY call SERVPRO in the future and have no reservation about recommending them to anyone else who finds themselves in the unfortunate situation of needing their services!
