Kathryn Blomer Banks
Kit is the Office Manager for SERVPRO of Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen. She joined us in 2017 and is IICRC Water Damage Restoration certified. Kit works with your insurance companies to make sure your claims are processed quickly and correctly to ensure fewer paper work snags for you.

Ashtin Petersen
Ashtin is our Marketing Representative and has been with SERVPRO Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen since 2014. She began work with us as one of our IICRC trained technicians. Ashtin understands the business very well and has experience dealing with fire damage, bio hazards, water loss and much more first hand.

Lilly Spies
Lilly Spies has been with SERVPRO of Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen since 2017.
Lilly specializes in greeting all who come to the door and napping on her sofa.

Christine Sylvester
Christine started with SERVPRO Golden/Wheat Ridge/Evergreen in 2020. She joins us in the role of administrative assistant. Christine has years of experience in administration and will help keep the office running smoothly.

Christine is a mother of three and grandmother of two who loves photography, the beach and dogs. In her spare time Christine volunteers in her community and with Volunteers of America crocheting blankets, hats and sweater for those in need.

You didn't have availability to come out for a few days but since I just needed the cushion cleaned you suggested I bring it by the shop the next morning. You did a great job getting the smell out and removing any stain evidence. I truly appreciate it. Hopefully, there will be no more "accidents" but if there are, you will definitely be my first call.

My condo was flooded by my upstairs neighbor in April. I was worried about having people in my home because of Covid-19, but SERVPRO put me at ease. Everyone that came out wore a mask & sanitized the areas before leaving. I would 100% recommend this crew! Great work.
From the first conversation with Steve, I was impressed! We had to work on some mold remediation due to a shower leak and he was honest and helpful from the start. Unlike other companies, he didn’t use the fear tactic, instead just calmly walked me through the next steps. But what comes after was above and beyond...Steven and his team's delivery were impeccable. I was so impressed by their timeliness and follow through and communication.
I highly recommend Steven and his team and will definitely be using them in the future.
The crew was very prompt and were here within two hours of the call we made to them. They have been here every day consistently checking out the situation and doing the work needed to get the situation under control.
