I used SERVPRO of Garfield & Pitkin County during this past winter season as I had two kitchens flood. The first one was at 3:45 am... yes am .. when I called I talked with Chafika which was so nice and friendly at 3:45 am and told me that her team would be out but that there were several other homes affected by the recent snowstorm so there may be a delay.

I just wanted to thank you and your team. We are still working through the inventory list and probably will be for another few months.
