A couple of months ago, my husband and I noticed there was moisture coming out of the tiles in our hallway. Then one night, he put his head to the ground and could actually hear water streaming underneath our floors. We had a leak! Thankfully, we have home insurance so we filed a claim and then got in contact with SERVPRO right away. We worked with Christopher and he was extremely helpful from the get-go. He came out to assess our leak and was able to explain everything to us very clearly. He helped us understand what we were dealing with, how we needed to proceed, and assured us that he and his team would be there to assist us every step of the way until the remediation was complete.

We were about to leave for a two-week trip so we were in a crunch to get the leak fixed so that it wouldn't cause further damage while we were away. So Christopher promptly came out to our property to dry out the water damage caused by the leak, then arranged for his plumber to reroute our plumbing lines. He did an excellent job in communicating with our insurance carrier so that we were able to receive our draft in a timely manner and make the necessary repairs on our floors and surrounding areas. Now, we are happy to say that our house is finally in order, thanks to SERVPRO!

This review is specially for Gary! Since moving into our new home, we've had air conditioning issues which eventually led to an interior leak. Our experience with SERVPRO of West Riverside City was amazing. We had to call them right in the middle of Quarantine 2020 because our roof started to leak after a week-long rainstorm. I was very concerned about the health and safety of my family but Letty assured me of the many measures their service team was taking to prevent the spread of Covid-19. When Gary came, he was very professional and explained everything. My husband and I were very impressed with the setup and the cleanliness. During the drying out process, unbeknownst to us, the power tripped a circuit breaker... but luckily, Gary came out to do a routine check and discovered this in time so we did not waste any extra days. They helped us with the insurance company and walked us through what to expect. And they even recommended a great contractor to do the repair work once everything was dry.
