While away in the Panama Canal our ceiling had a leak we were unaware of and some rain came in through the leak and flooded our entire second story. Our adult children got the call and called SERVPRO. They were out the same day and the drying process began. Everything is under control. They put some things back for us and have tried to make life easier for us

When I experienced water damage during the stormy weather we were we having in January, SERVPRO arrived at my home shortly after calling, gave me excellent advice as to how to proceed, and did great work to dry the damaged areas.  Marc and Abraham were wonderful to work with.  

SERVPRO of Simi Valley did a wonderful job at my home when we had water damage due to a broken pipe in our wall.  Berenice worked closely with us thourhgout the entire process and communicated with us daily.  I would recommend using this company to my friends and family. 

I have experienced water damage in the past, however this is my first time using SERVPRO and I was very please with the outcome of services. With my luck I might have to use them again and that I would be okay with!

Berenice and the SERVPRO staff did an amazing job on our water loss.  The technicians Were very careful and clean when they did my pack out.  They went the extra mile after the work was completed and moved my pod a few different times due to the tree cutting.  Excellent work.    

My water damage came from the massive storms that rolled through Southern California, my roof had a leak but I was unaware of it until there was standing water in my home. SERVPRO was able to come out immediately and help asses the damage done. I was thrilled with the process AND the end result. 

I had flooding on my patio and my carpet in the house was getting wet. Marc Sallin came over  on a Sunday even though it was his day off. While SERVPRO doesn't stop the water, just cleans up after it, he was able to identify the problem and advise me what to do. Fortunately it wasn't as serious as I feared. He was the best! I would recommend him highly and would definitely use him again if the need arises.

I really can't say enough.. Wow!! I am so glad I don't have water damage a lot but if I do again.. This SERVPRO is great! Our house flooded after crazy rains, Bernice and her team were amazing to work with. Thorough and clear in explaining how and why they did what they did. They documented well and worked with the Insurance company, providing them with clear outlined status reports.
