I must admit I was very stand offish at first when SERVPRO arrived, but in the first 5 minutes of dealing with Alex and his team from SERVPRO. I was put at ease with both their professional and courteous efforts to respect our office from any further damage. This is a great company and I would highly recommend them to anyone. This company sincerely cares and is out to help you and your company to get back to enjoying your work space. 

I use SERVPRO for a lot of my smaller claims and after I used them for one of my commercial jobs I was so impressed. It was a very large job and they were able to handle it without a problem. My client and I were impressed and could not have asked for better service. 

Believe it or not, this is my third water loss in my home. Unbelievable. Nevertheless, I was very unhappy with the last 2 companies I have used. I asked my agent to help find me a good company. He did. He found me SERVPRO. My saviors. I was updated every single day. They wore booties because my expensive hard wood flooring was not water damaged this time. Thank God. They protected my floors, I cannot even explain how much that means to me because these floors are brand new! Overall the experience was great and I hope I never have another flippin water loss again.... But if I do I know who to call.

Ten's across the board. SERVPRO, specifically Matthew, did a great job. Our apartment had a fire and burned ten units, SERVPRO was on the scene and did a fantastic job.
