I manage some apartments for my family in the Santa Cruz area. Several weeks ago we had a water leak late on a Saturday night and I needed help right away to get the damage under control and get the place dried out.
This was not an easy task, the tenant was a bit of a hoarder and it was a very difficult job to work on.
From Beginning to end the staff at SERVPRO of Santa Clara  were courteous, professional and just got the job done. They helped with all the insurance company paperwork and helped me to get the place dried out and cleaned up. The foreman was particularly helpful. I would recommend them for any size fire or water damage clean up.

We had some MASSIVE water damage to our town home the other night, so bad that all 4 stories flooded and were pouring down gallons of water. After the fire department came out, they recommended calling SERVPRO of Santa Clara  because it's the closest one to our house. After calling, the tech that responded onsite fast. His name was Tony(older Asian man) and was SO NICE and INCREDIBLY helpful. He arrived a little after midnight and was at the house for almost 12 hours! . He was super nice and respectful of our space. We could not have dreamed of a better experience. Thanks Tony and SERVPRO
