Vince and Sharon D'Andrea are the owners of SERVPRO of Santa Clara. In the restoration business for over 3 decades, they have seen the ins and outs of the industry. Still hard at work and striving to improve every day. They enjoy a hard days work as well as the beautiful central coast they call home. Dont try and get ahold of them at lunchtime during the week....These two will be out on their daily power walk soaking in the Scotts Valley Sun and fresh air!
Joy Clark-Wilson
Joy is the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Santa Clara. Joy heads the Accounts Receivables department, is the on-sight Payroll and Human Resources contact and oversees all daily office operations. Joy is also one of our On-Call managers and is an after-hours point of contact. On her personal time, Joy enjoys exploring the Central Coast and is a major sports fan. Elsy Franco
Elsy is one of the Administrative Assistants at SERVPRO of Santa Clara. In addition to the daily receptionist, dispatch and administrative duties, Elsy is in charge of tracking and uploading documents, monitoring job timelines for compliance, and organizing job files.
