We had a water leak in our kitchen and Jose was out to inspect the damage within 90 minutes of us calling him. He walked us through what the entire process would be, stayed at our house until the repair crew showed up, and checked in regularly to make sure things were going smoothly. The gentlemen who did the actual water restoration again, exceeded our expectations. They were courteous, prompt and so very friendly. We were so impressed with the service we received, that we went with the sister company they have to do all of the repair work. We are in the midst of that project now, and have again had just above and beyond excellent service. We feel very fortunate to have found SERVPRO of Santa Ana and will recommend them to any and all!!
