Tom Puorro
Tom Puorro is not only the owner of SERVPRO Santa Ana but he is also our fearless leader. He has over 23 years experience in the Restoration business. He is IICRC certified in Water Removal, Applied Structural Drying and Carpet Cleaning. He also has his general contractors B license. Those are just a few of the many certifications, talents and great knowledge of the business that he possess. Tom and his team are very big on customer service. It is the up-most important thing to him that each one of our customers is treated with the best customer service we can possibly provide.
Britney Puorro
Britney is our Office Manager / EMS Coordinator at SERVPRO of Santa Ana South | SERVPRO of Santa Ana North. She has many years of experience in the restoration industry--from 2009--and is also trained as a WRT water damage restoration technician. This overall depth of knowledge ensures a comprehensive flow from customer service to final treatment. Britney is involved in the Feeding the Homeless Program. She enjoys music doing her nails, and spending time with her family.
Jose Payan
Jose is the Project Manager at SERVPRO of Santa Ana South | SERVPRO of Santa Ana North. He has been with our company since 2011. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), Lead-Based Paint Activities, and Innovations (RRRP), and Carpet Cleaning Technician. He is a key team player. Jose contributes time to Community Cleanup and Feeding the Homeless Programs. He still finds time to play sports, watch the Dodgers, and have a family BBQ every weekend.
Kathryn Puorro
This is our Marketing Representative here at SERVPRO Santa Ana. She is one of Tom, our owners three daughters. She has been with the company for 5 years and started as a contents supervisor. We believe that having our employees work in all departments is beneficial to not only our business and employees but also our customers.
Kaylee (Puorro) Zapata
Kaylee is our family member and Accounting Assistant at SERVPRO of Santa Ana South | SERVPRO of Santa Ana North. She has been a key team member since 2014. Kaylee resides in Riverside with her family and loves going to the River. She devotes time to community activities through the Feeding the Homeless program.
Shannon Puorro
Shannon has many job titles at SERVPRO of Santa Ana South | SERVPRO of Santa Ana North. We wouldn't know what to do without her. She is our contents manager and our book keeper.

Fatima Gonzalez
Fatima is our Contents Supervisor at SERVPRO of Santa Ana South | SERVPRO of Santa Ana North since 2018. She packs fire and water-damaged possessions and belongings, along with furnishings, for cleaning at our facility. She also helps with demolition. Fatima lives in Rialto and is involved in helping children with autism. She is also certified in CPR and First Aid.
Andrew Barajas
Andrew is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Santa Ana South | SERVPRO of Santa Ana North since 2018. He is a qualified WRT water damage restoration technician and always helps our crews at the job sites.
Sergio Tiaseca
Sergio is a Product Technician at SERVPRO of Santa Ana South | SERVPRO of Santa Ana North. He has worked hard as a crew member since 2019 and is certified as a WRT water damage technician.
Cristian Huesca
Cristian has been a member of our Product Crew since 2020 at SERVPRO of Santa Ana South | SERVPRO of Santa Ana North. He is a WRT water damage technician and provides a terrific effort at our customers' homes and workplaces.
