Ben is one of the founders of the company and has overseen our growth from having no clients and no book of business to becoming one of the largest SERVPRO locations in San Diego.
Ben cares deeply about taking care of our employees, offering superior service, and being truthful and having integrity in all he does.

Jordan
Jordan is one of the founders of our SERVPRO location, and has been instrumental to the growth and success of our company.
Jordan makes it his mission to ensure a high quality of service from our production team, including clean jobsites and taking extra care to leave homes and businesses better than when we found it.
In his spare time, he is usually at the beach or hanging out at home with his fiancé and two cats.

Lisa
Lisa joined the team officially in 2017, but has been around the SERVPRO family since 2015 when Ben started the company.
Lisa oversees all of our business development efforts, client success and communication, and helps out the office staff when they're BUSY - which is pretty much all the time.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out and being with Ben and their two young sons.

Tawny, Office Manager

Josh, Operations Manager
Josh Katz is the Operations Manager here at SERVPRO of San Diego City SW. He joined our team in fall 2018 and brings over 14 years of operations and management experience to the company. Amy, Adminstrative Assistant
Meet Amy, our office's rockstar Administrative Assistant. Amy started with us in the beginning of 2016. Chances are, if you've called our office, Amy has been one to help you. Amy is responsible for keeping our clients up-to-date on the status of their projects, and making sure they're happy. Eric, Production Manager
Eric is one of our Production Managers here at SERVPRO of San Diego City SW. His favorite part about working in the remediation/restoration field is that no day is the same, and he's constantly being challenged. In his spare time you can find him surfing at one of San Diego's beautiful beaches. Eric is certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning (IICRC) and Restoration in WRT, Water Removal Technician.
David, Lead Production Technician
David has been a member of the SERVPRO of San Diego City SW team since early 2016. He comes to us with a wealth of industry knowledge. David's favorite part of working for the company is the fast-paced nature of our work. In his free time, you can find him with his wife and children.
Dave, Warehouse Manager
Dave is one of the newer members of our team and joined SERVPRO of San Diego City SW in the fall of 2017 as Warehouse Manager. Dave comes to us with experience in the restoration industry and has proven vital to our team and always ready and willing to go in the field when we need him!

Marcello Nicoletti is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO. He has been with us for over 10 years and holds the Water Removal Technician (WRT) and Mold Remediation IICRC certifications. Se habla espanol.
Steph, Contents Divison Manager
Steph joined SERVPRO of San Diego City SW as Contents Division Manager in 2019. She was previously a division leader at Target and comes to us with 10 years of experience. Steph oversees the contents division as well as fire cleanings where contents are involved.

So we have a rental unit on the 3rd floor of a condo building in Little Italy, and the washing machine water-level sensor switch failed... Yup, flooded half of our unit and the ceiling / walls of the unit down stairs. We called SERVPRO right away, oh we had never used SERVPRO services before, but thankfully a few months ago our neighbors had a bathroom tub overflow in their 3 story home and it flooded all the way to the garage. In talking with our neighbors about their experience and repairs they highly recommended SERVPRO, if we ever needed such. Well we did and so we call SERVPRO... They were out their very quickly and sucked up all the water, even from the washing machine tub. They masked off the unaffected areas with plastic walls, took off the base boards, cut out the wet drywall and removed the wet carpet pad... They setup their blow dryers and let evaporation do the rest. Then they came back and inspected the walls / floors and not finding any remaining water they quickly restored the walls, carpet pad and base boards, looks like new.
Where do I even begin? This company has been AMAZING to work with on multiple projects of a property portfolio we oversee. Their quick efforts, excellent detail, and communication is everything you need in any emergency or urgent matter. They answer all my questions and concerns, and follow up whenever needed.
Also, they specialize in all of Downtown so have high knowledge in all the communities. This makes for a very easy and smooth process (especially with HOA's :) )

Our insurance company sent SERVPRO of San Diego City Southwest to deal with the little flood caused by the failure of a valve on our dishwasher. They were prompt, professional, and did a great job. They set up fans and dehumidifiers. The areas with wet dry wall were cut out. During the next week they packed up the lower kitchen cabinets, removed those cabinets, packed up our office, and dining room. The rooms were dried out within a week. Everyone was helpful, thoughtful and very professional.

Owned and operated by Benjamin Sussman and Jordan Katz, Ben and Jordan are childhood best friends and soccer buddies, who found themselves with an incredible opportunity to purchase their first SERVPRO franchise several years ago. They bought a “new” territory, meaning there was absolutely no book of business or existing employees. They built everything from scratch, and the first six months of the business was operated out of Ben’s house in South Park, a 2 bedroom 1 bath home with a 1 car garage, with Ben and Jordan doing all of the production work, and one employee in the “office” working from the kitchen table. That Office Manager is still with us today. We now have over 25 employees, and no longer work from a small home in South Park, but a spacious office and warehouse in central San Diego. Our company specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties after a fire, smoke or water damage. We also perform mold remediation and biohazard cleanup services. We are on nearly 40 insurance preferred vendor programs, have steady commercial work including medical facilities, hotels and motels, HOAs, and more.
