I used this company for both mitigation and repair. Had a pipe burst in my sons room, water got into my hall bathroom, laundry room, hallway and soaked through underneath to my bedroom closet ,my room and other hallway. The mitigation process was easy and Isabel answered any and all questions. Loved how efficient and fast they worked. So I also used them for repair and they did not disappoint. Jose answered all my questions and was helpful when it came to choosing carpet padding ,my vanity. Everything I asked for he went above and beyond! I had a water leak from a shower and it flooded the bathroom and vanity area. I had carpet in those rooms. It had been leaking for awhile. The carpet was saturated and started to smell. I noticed the leak Friday. My insurance sent SERVPRO of NW Bakersfield to my home. Eddie and Ceasar the technicians were wonderful. They came Friday Evening and explained everything that they were doing. Eddie picked up the fans by Monday. Very nice to have workers explain everything to us. Very helpful.
