Anthony Nevarez
Anthony Nevarez is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of North Sacramento. He has several years of experience in the restoration and mitigation. His prior history in restoration is extensive, Anthony has worked several years in restoration and other SERVPROs. He has been with SERVPRO of North Sacramento since 2019. He has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning And Restoration Certification (IICRC), in Water Damage Restoration and Trauma & Crime Scene. He also has completed the HeroReady Training Program and OSHA 10 certified. He is a hard worker and is always willing to help anyone.
Pam Castilo
Pam Castilo is our Office Manager. She joined us in June 2020 but is originally from the East Bay Area. Pam communicates daily with customers and works closely with our insurance representatives. Daily she coordinates all the files in our office, creating estimates and ensuring our jobs are ready for invoicing and audit. In her spare time, she enjoys scrapbooking, playing video games, and is great at Karaoke. Pam brings a positive attitude and a warm personality to our SERVPRO of North Sacramento Team.
Tim Campbell
Tim Campbell is our Marketing Support Coordinator (MSC) and Estimator. He started off as Production Technician and has completed the HeroReady Training Program. Tim helps do estimates for our projects and as the MSC he helps to manage our website. He has a positive attitude and is always willing to help.
Sara Bustos
Sara Bustos is one of our Crew Chiefs. She has been with SERVPRO of North Sacramento since October 2021. When she started with us, she was a Production Technician. During her time here she has completed the technician HeroReady Training Program as well as the crew chief program. Since Sara's time here she has always been a hard worker with a great attitude and we are happy she is part of the team.
Jazmin Urena
Jazmin Urena is one of our Production Technicians. She has been with us since November 2021and everyday she brings a smile into work everyday and has a very positive attitude. Having two years of experience being a facilities manager Jazmin helps keep the warehouse running smoothly. She is also another one of our employees who is CPR certified. Some of her favorite hobbies include drawing and painting.

Like all the other great reviews, I just can't say enough about how wonderful it was to have Sam and his crew help us out. We had a water leak that had been going on for awhile, so we had mold. We have never had anything like this happen before, but they came in and fixed things right up. They are very professional, from Christine in the office to the crew that showed up everyday. Who knew SERVPRO could lure me out of my Yelp slump? We discovered a significant amount of water in our basement after all the heavy rains so I looked for suggestions on Yelp and Nextdoor and both places listed this specific franchise. I called around 5:30 or 6:00 one night and spoke with Hiba right away, which was great because I was expecting to have to leave a message. We made arrangements for them to inspect the place and it was smooth sailing from then on. Hiba came a few days later (due to my crazy schedule not theirs) and was really lovely and professional. When her husband Sam and their crew came to suck out all the water and set up the dehumidifier they were also really professional and nice, too. They offered suggestions about where the water was coming from and even put me in touch with an awesome contractor who has already helped me get a sump pump. Anyway, this is a stellar group, they did a great job in a timely manner and I cannot recommend them higher! Thanks Hiba, Sam and your team for going into my creepy trapdoor basement and taking care of the problem! You guys are awesome!
I called this location amongst a host of other companies. This company stuck out while shopping around. The customer service on the phone was extremely friendly and they were willing to come to my site within the hour.
They visited the job site and got started shortly after dealing with the insurance procedures. They were very helpful with the whole ordeal. Insurances could be a pain in the A$$, but they made the process a much smoother and pleasant one.
Would definitely recommend them!
We are so grateful to Sam and Hiba for their professionalism and competent handling of what was a very stressful time for us. They were excellent at communicating with us letting us know the full scope of the project and what to expect and then reporting on the progress daily. Hopefully we will never have need for water damage remediation again but if we do we know exactly who to call!

We had a "little" flood around Thanksgiving in our kitchen from an unknown leak under our sink. After mopping up what water I could & putting my own fan on it for days, there was still a musty smell. One of my daughters who knows the dangers of mold did research and found SERVPRO. After the holidays, I finally called them mid-January and they were able to come right out to assess the situation, indicating it was going to be a bigger job than we expected. They worked within our insurance company's requirements but also helped us to get what was fair regarding the replacement damage. We SO appreciate Hiba, Sam and their team! They were professional, careful, quick, efficient, and emotionally supportive of our situation. I would Highly recommend SERVPRO of North Sacramento to anyone with water or mold issues!
