We had an extensive leaks from the El nino rains and our houses roof shingles had delaminating from the winds and rain. SERVPRO of North Hollywood was recommended to me by my insurance company, so I decided to give them a call. I'm so glad I did and with my great luck I landed Tony ( the owner). He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he educated me about the process in a friendly manner, always willing to answer any questions no matter how dumb the question might have been. They were always on time and extremely professional (their entire crew). I pray to God I never have to experience anything like this again in my life, but I'd I do I know who I'm calling. This company was great in drying out my new renovated house damaged from the rain.  They demoed drywall, hardwood floors, and secured areas so that dusk don't enter the entire house. Extremely responsive but most importantly, they had the best staff (Chris and Freddie) who provided the best customer care from installing equipment , demo and cleaned  up after work was complete.  

They were efficient, effective and stayed in communication with me every step of the way.  Tony was unstoppable and it is because of Tony's commitment that my house wasn't 100% contaminated with mold.  Every step of the way, Tony remained stedfast in his commitment to do a great job for me, the owner of the home and to keep my insurance company in the loop - all while trying to please a frustrated tenant.  I remain very grateful to Tony and his team and I could not recommend them any higher.

SERVPRO of N. Hollywood came to my mental health rescue. Faced with a huge flood of a rental property due to heavy rains, I called and got a hold of the owner, Tony on an early Sunday morning. Within an hour he was at the property to asses the situation and realized it wasn't as bad  as I though and I could resolve it (inexpensively) without their services. Honest people are hard to come by and Tony is definitely one of the best.
